What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM until 5:30 PM. We close for lunch from 12:00 until 1:00 PM. Feel free to leave us a message during lunch, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

How long will it take to complete the repairs?

We try our best to complete all repairs in a timely manner. Timelines will depend on the type of repair, parts availability, and the amount of labor required for the job. Appointments are highly recommended so we can schedule the necessary time needed. Your vehicle is important to us. We want to make sure we do the job right and get you back on the road safely. 

My car is running rough. Do I need a tune-up?

There are several factors that can lead to a rough running engine. Depending on the service history of your vehicle, we can advise what needs to be looked into. Just give us a call at 662-892-8790.

Is there a charge to check out my car?

Yes, we do have a diagnostic fee.

What forms of payment do you take?

BB's accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and cash. We are sorry, but we do not accept checks.

What brand parts do you use?

BB's uses OEM manufactured parts or better. 

Do you have after hours drop-off or pick-up?

Yes, you may use our drop box to drop your vehicle off after hours. We have yellow envelopes next to the front door. Please fill out the information and put your keys in the envelope. Then simply drop the envelope in our mail slot on the front roll up door. After hours pick-up can be arranged. Just let our service manager know, and they can set that up for you.

Why does my car need maintenance if it's running fine?

Routine maintenance is essential for your BMW, Mercedes, or Mini to run at its best. BB’s highly suggests following the recommended maintenance for your vehicle in order to prevent engine damage and costly repairs in the future. Oil changes every 5,000 miles help keep sludge from building up in your engine causing damage to the moving parts. Worn spark plugs and dirty air filters reduce engine efficiency and increase fuel consumption. Worn accessory drive belts and timing belts can break over time leaving your vehicle unable to drive. BB’s goal is to help you protect your investment. That’s why we always recommend routine maintenance. 

Do you have factory trained technicians?

Yes, we have Mercedes and BMW factory trained technicians with dealership experience. 

What should I do when my check engine lights come on?

You don't want to ignore check engine lights. The best thing to do is give us a call for advice. Our service managers will be able to assist you on what to do next.

How often should I have my brakes checked?

BB's will check your brakes at every oil service and advise you on their condition or when they will need to be replaced. 

How often do I need an oil change?

Oil is the lifeblood of your engine. In order to help prevent engine sludge and carbon buildup, BB's recommends oil changes every 5,000 miles. 

Why do my wheels have black dust all over them?

Factory brake pads produce a dark colored dust that will adhere to your wheel surfaces. The brakes we use do not produce this dust. When we replace your brakes we thoroughly clean your wheels inside and out so you don't have to worry about that ugly brake dust. 

Why do I need to change my air filters?

Vehicles have two types of air filters. Engine air filters filter the air your car breathes. Cabin air filters filter the air you breathe. Both of these filters can become dirty over time with pollen and air pollutants. It's important to change them when needed so you and your vehicle can breathe clean air. 

How long do I have to pick up my vehicle once repairs are complete?

BB's requires pickup within 5 days after completion of repairs. After the 5th day, please be aware there is a storage fee per day, unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon.
